 Is my account information safe? 

Yes. All information sent between you and WorldWideTopUps is transmitted through secure protocols (SSL – Secure Socket Layer), one of the safest security protocols available on the web. You will see it used at all leading sites including - http://worldwidetopups.com/ When you complete a transaction, WorldWideTopUps does not store your credit or debit card information. This information is held by our payment processor who keeps the data secure in line with Visa and MasterCard’s strict requirements, which include PCI compliance. WorldWideTopUps will never release any of your details and your email address will only be used to contact you about WorldWideTopUps services.

 I have signed up but have not received my activation email?

If your activation email isn't in your inbox we suggest checking your spam or junk mail folder. If the email isn't in those folders please email us on - (services@worldwidetopups.com) from the email account you used to register with WorldWideTopUps and we will activate your account for you.

How do I reset my password? 

To reset your password please go to our homepage, where you will see a ‘Problems logging in?’ link beneath the Log In box. When you click on this you will be asked for the email address you used to register with WorldWideTopUps. We will send instructions on how to reset your password to this email address.

I reset my password but did not receive the email? 

If the email isn't in your inbox we suggest looking in the spam or junk mail folder. If the email isn't in those folders, and the email was sent successfully to you, then it may be that your internet service provider is blocking the emails from coming through and you must contact them. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to reset your password ourselves as this must be done from your email address for security reasons.

What should I do if I see unauthorised charges on my card from WorldWideTopups?

 WorldWideTopUps do not have access to customer card information. This information is fully secure and WorldWideTopUps will not make unauthorised charges on any customer’s account. If you see unauthorised charges that refer to WorldWideTopUps. You should contact your bank immediately as it is likely your card has been compromised elsewhere. Please also notify WorldWideTopUps directly also so we can take appropriate action.

Why can I not send a topup?

For security reasons we have alerts in place to prevent abuse of our service. This can result in your account being locked or deactivated. Occasionally legitimate users of our service may be affected. If you believe your account was locked in error please contact our Customer Service Team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

How does Re-Send in the transaction history work?

How much does it cost?

When you have selected the amount you wish to topup you can click the ‘How much TopUp will this buy?’ link underneath your selection. This will display the total airtime that will be applied to the recipient’s phone. When you click ‘Proceed to Payment’ you will be given an order summary detailing the total amount due for your topup, which includes a small fee for secure online processing.

How quickly does the topup get to the phone?

Within 5 Seconds.

What are the available payment methods?

We currently accept VISA credit cards, VISA debit cards, VISA Electron cards, VISA Delta cards, MasterCard debit cards, MasterCard credit cards and Maestro debit cards. PayPal is also available for most services and we are continually working on adding more payment methods.

Why is my payment/credit card not being accepted on your site?

There are various reasons why you may experience difficulties with your payment or card. The most common issue is that your bank is not allowing us to process the payment/card. In this case you should contact your bank to understand and resolve the issue. We also apply some limits to the number of topups customers can send in a day – waiting a day can sometimes resolve this issue. If you are still having problems, contact our Customer Service team and we will do all we can to assist you.

Where are my card details stored?

For security reasons, we do not process payments directly. For credit and debit card payments, we use the world's leading provider of online payments processing which stores the card details for those customers that request it so that they don't have to be entered each time you come to the site. No sensitive financial information is stored by WorldWideTopUps.

Why am I charged a secure online processing fee?

This represents part of the charges which we must pay in order to process your card as safely and securely as possible online.

What can I do if I sent the topup to the wrong number?

Unfortunately all transactions are final. Once the topup is sent to a phone number, it is available for use immediately; hence it cannot be refunded or removed from the phone. Please always double check the number you enter.

Will the topup still get through if the phone is roaming?

Yes. The topup will be delivered to the phone wherever it is in the world.

What do I do if my Topup not been applied?

Topup is usually applied to a phone number within a few seconds and we will always send you a confirmation email when the topup has been successfully processed. However there can occasionally be delays on the operator’s side. If your TopUp hasn’t been applied to your phone within two hours, contact our Customer Service team and we can investigate the cause for the delay and, if needed, raise your case with the operator.

The recipient is notified every time they receive a TopUp. Customers also have the option of sending a personal message to the recipient, in nearly all available countries. However they will not know who has sent it unless you inform them.

Why can I not send topup to the number I want to?

To make sure customers are not charged for unsuccessful transactions, we always check in advance that the number can receive the topup. Where it can’t receive topup, we won’t take your money. Please always check that the number is correct and that you have chosen the right mobile operator.

Why do I have to pay tax in the country where I am sending topup?

In many countries the local sales tax must be paid where the product is consumed, just like if you bought the topup from a store in that country.

How do I reset my password?

To change your password you just need to click on “Log in” and then on “Problems logging in” and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password.

The email address you register with is how we identify you and keep record of your transactions. It is not possible to change this so you would need to create a new account with your new email address.

Why has my account been locked for security reasons?

Accounts may be locked for inactivity or for security reasons, if your account has been locked incorrectly please contact our Customer Service team to have it unlocked.

Transactions can take a few minutes to be processed through our systems, we will send you an email as soon as there is a resolution for the transaction.

Why have I been asked to submit identification?

At WorldWideTopUps we are committed to maintaining the security of all customer accounts, to help ensure this security we run random identity checks. The information we request is kept completely confidential, it will never be disclosed to any third parties or shared with anyone except you, and it will not be stored for more than two days. What does ‘your account has not been activated mean? And how can I activate my account?

When you register on WorldWideTopUps you are sent an email with an activation link. Every account needs to be activated before you can log in, to complete this step you just need to click on the activation link in the email. If you cannot find the email, just send an email to - services@worldwidetopups.com
